Colley Finishes Third at USATF Indoor Championships

ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend Assistant Track and Field Coach Josh Colley competed at the USA Track and Field Indoor Championships this weekend.

The USA Track and Field Indoor Championships took place at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Facility in Staten Island, NY. The top five from each event are part of the pool in which the US team picks from for world stage events.

Colley competed in the long jump seeded in ninth place with a qualifying mark of 7.36m. He finished the meet in third place with a jump of 7.53m. Colley received a bronze medal and will be part of the top five pool.

Along with Colley, Behrend's 60m, 100m, and 200m record holder Malik Moffett competed in the long jump. Moffett attended Behrend for his freshman year before transferring to University Park. Moffett came in seeded first with a qualifying mark of 7.92m and finished in second place with a jump of 7.69m receiving the silver medal.
