ERIE, Pa. - Sophomore Scott Sada (Saegertown, PA/Saegertown) is earning his fourth postseason honor as a 2017 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Star, announced this week.
Sada was recently named to the D3baseball.com and ABCA/Rawlings All-Region teams and now has been selected to the All-ECAC North Region First Team. He was also a first team All-AMCC choice after leading the Lions in nearly every offensive category.
Sada was first in batting average (.390), slugging percentage (.686), hits (62), RBIs (48), runs (46), doubles (20), home runs (7), and triples (3). His 20 doubles this season puts him tied for sixth in NCAA Division III statistics. He also stole 19 bases and 18 multiple-hit games.
