ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's basketball team will return to the hardwood again tonight when the Behrend Lions host Thiel College in the Junker Center at 6 pm.

* The Behrend Lions opened the 2018-19 season on Saturday with an 81-72 victory over Carnegie Mellon.
* 15 of Behrend's 27 made field goals against CMU were threes. PSB shots 51.7% (15-29) from downtown against the Tartans.
* Andy Niland led Behrend with 23 points on Saturday night on the strength of 7-13 shooting from the floor. Niland connected on five of eleven triples and made all four of his foul shot attempts. He also dished out a game-high seven assists.
* Justin Gorny finished Saturday's contest with 15 points and five rebounds. Malike Brinson and Mike Fischer both finished with 10 points.

* TC opened their season with a pair of close losses to NCAA Division II Edinboro (81-63) and Clarion (90-80).
* Thiel has won back-to-back games however, topping SUNY Geneseo on Friday 69-54 and beating Defiance College 66-48 on Saturday.
* Terrance Holloway is the leading scorer for the Tomcats, averaging 15.3 ppg.
