ERIE, Pa – Senior guard Mike Fischer (Wexford, PA/ North Allegheny) had his first career double-double with a team-best 18 points and career-high 10 rebounds to lead Penn State Behrend men's basketball past D'Youville in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Wednesday night.

* With the win, the Lions avenge a two-point loss to the Spartans earlier this season
* Behrend led by 13 at halftime thanks to Fischer's 10 points and six boards in the first 20 minutes
* Senior guard Andy Niland (Fairview, PA/ Fairview) moved into second on the all-time steals list in program history with 172 after making two steals
* Niland also added a game-high 10 assists to go with eight points
* Dan Wanker (Pittsburgh, PA/South Park) and Justin Gorny (South Park, PA/South Park) were recorded double-figure points with 16 and 12, respectively.
