ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend junior men's golfer Ryan Johnson (Centre Hall, PA/Penns Valley) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Golfer of the Week, announced on Tuesday.
Johnson won his first invitational of the season, carding a season-low 72 to help Behrend capture the James Bowen Invitational held at Lawrence Park Golf Course on Monday. The junior tallied three birdies to earn a 35 on the front nine and 37 on the back for individual-medalist honors.
