Men's Soccer Blog: From a Parents Perspective

Men's Soccer Blog: From a Parents Perspective

Wow! What an unforgettable experience for our sons. We thoroughly enjoyed it as well. In nine short days we squeezed in Barcelona, Valencia, Peniscola, Toledo, and Madrid. Tapas has become a regular part of our dining experience.

Our good sport award goes to Jeremy Hall who sprained his ankle during the first game and hobbled his way throughout Spain on crutches for the remainder of the trip. We were happy to have Tim Wassel from the Penn State Women's Soccer coaching staff join us as well.

Special thanks to Coach Dan Perritano, Penn State Behrend, and Brazilian Travel Adventures for organizing such a great trip. Another shout out goes to our new Spanish friends Marta, Maria, Natalia, and Juan Carlos for translating, teaching, and driving us safely through the narrow roads and bustling cities.
