ALLIANCE, Oh. – The Penn State Behrend men's track & field team competed in the Mount Union Invitational on Saturday.
Key Moments:
* Senior Chris Drozynski (Stoneboro, PA/Lakeview) had his second win of the season in the 1000m run, running a 2:35.81
* The men's relay team of Devin Ross (Shenango Township, PA/Shenango), Zachary Tingley (Stoneboro, PA/Lakeview), Antonio Stello (Punxsutawney, PA/Punxsutawney), and Eric Stehlik (Northport, NY/Northport) won the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:33.46
* The Lions went one, two, and three in the pole vault with Nick Lachut (Pittsburgh, PA/Baldwin) taking home first (4.81m), followed by Kyle Grimm (Beaver, PA/Beaver Area) (4.61m), and Elijah Dangrow (Greenville, PA/Greenville) (4.46m)
* LaChut, Isaac Jones (Union City, PA/Union City Area), Blake Burns (Jefferson, OH/Jefferson Area), and Stello tallied a third place finish in the 800m relay
* Phoenix Myers (Erie, PA/Seneca) finished second in the mile run with a time of 4:24.63
* Stehlik and Ross finished sixth and eighth, respectively, in the 400m
* In the 800m, Tingley took home sixth place (2:01.23)
* Freshman Amory Coleman-Reeves (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) placed fifth in the long jump with a leap of 6.45m
* In the shot put, Matt Michael (Erie, PA/Iroquois) finished fifth (14.83m)
