Men's Track and Field Finishes Week With Two Meets on the Road

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's track and field team took part in two meets this past week, competing in both the Marty Goldberg Gator Invite at Allegheny and the Harrison Dillard Twilight at Baldwin Wallace on Thursday and Friday, respectively.

Noteworthy:

* Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley) and Braeden Smith (Erie, PA/Seneca) finished second and third in the high jump on Thursday
* Hetrick logged a leap of 2.05m while Smith finished with a mark of 1.95m
* Nick Lachut (Pittsburgh, PA/Baldwin) qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships with a 4.40m mark in the pole vault
* Blake Burns (Jefferson, OH/Jefferson) finished eighth in the 110m hurdles at 15.28 on Friday
* Kody Klein (North East, PA/Cathedral Prep) set a personal best in the 800m during the Harrison Dillard Twilight, crossing at 1.56.34
* Eric Stehlik (Northport, NY/Northport) placed 10th in the 200m finals with a time of 22.21
* Aiden Domencic (Cranberry Twp., PA/Seneca Valley) shattered his previous PR in the 3000m steeplechase, finishing in 10:01.32
