Men's Volleyball Heads to Altoona For AMCC Matches Saturday

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's volleyball team will travel to Altoona, Pa. to take on the Wittenberg Tigers and the Altoona Lions in an AMCC tri-match on Saturday.

* The Lions defeated D'Youville 3-0 before posting a 3-1 road win at Medaille
* Senior outside hitter Tyler Herrmann (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley) led Behrend with 15 kills and nine digs vs. the Mavericks
* As a team, the Lions knocked down a season-high 18 block assists
* Junior outside hitter Dillon Hildebrand was named the AMCC Athlete of the Week for recorded 14 kills vs. D'Youville

* Altoona fell to Geneva 3-2 and defeated Hiram 3-1 in conference play

* Freshman libero Tyler Chan is first in the conference in digs per set (2.92)
