ERIE, Pa. – The No. 4 Penn State Behrend men's volleyball team take on No. 1 Wittenberg in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Semifinals on Friday night held at Springfield High School in Ohio, beginning at 6 p.m.

* The Lions enter the AMCC Championships looking to defend their title and capture their second straight conference crown
* Behrend has three players who hold the top spot in AMCC statistics: Dillon Hildebrand in kills (339), Cody Schnur in hitting percentage (.379) and Josh Mathews with service aces per set (0.41)
* The Lions hope to extend their record-breaking season with a run in the AMCC Tournament
* As a team, Behrend is second in the AMCC in kills (1205), assists (1135), digs (1172) and is first in service aces (172) and least amount of errors (508)
* Last time out, the Lions fell 3-2 to Thiel in the regular-season finale on Tuesday

* The Tigers were picked to win the conference in the AMCC Coaches Poll at the beginning of the season
* Wittenberg closed out the AMCC regular season with three straight wins last weekend to claim the regular-season championship and hosting rights
* The Tigers are in their fourth year as a varsity program and first year as members of the AMCC
* As a team, Wittenberg leads the conference in kills and assists while ranking second in blocks and service aces
*  Middle hitter Isaiah Brock leads the AMCC in blocks per set (1.05) and is second in hitting percentage (.357)

Series History:

* The Tigers have won the only four matches played between the two teams
* Wittenberg held on for a 3-2 victory on March 30 to complete the season sweep
