ERIE, Pa. – The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) announced a trio from the Penn State Behrend men's water polo team as All-Academic selections.
Ryan Kenney (Skippack, PA/Perkiomen Valley), Hussein Aboul-Ela (Alexandria, Egypt/Lycee Francais d'Alexandrie) and Eugene Kruger (Alpharetta, GA/Foothill) have all been named to the ACWPC All-Academic team for the first time in their career. Kenny earned a spot on the Superior list with a grade-point average between 3.41-3.70 as Aboul-Ela and Kruger were selected to the Excellent team with GPAs above 3.20.
To be named an ACWPC All-Academic selection, athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.
