Penn State Behrend Athletics announces the hiring of Anna Gill as the assistant women's softball coach.

Gill comes to Behrend after a four-year playing career at Trine University. She was a member of the 2023 National Championship team that ended with a 46-6 record. Gill also helped the Thunder finish National Runner Up in 2022 and was named to the NCAA Division III Championship All-Tournament Team. She was a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society and on the Dean’s List twice. Gill also landed on the President’s List in 2021 and Vice President’s List in 2022.

She graduated from Trine in May 2023 with a bachelor of science in business administration, majoring in sport management while also earning a master’s degree in business administration.  

Gill most recently was a part of the Game Day and Operations for the Louisville City FC and also an Event Intern and Grounds Crew member for the Louisville Bats.
