Women's Basketball Heads to Mt. Aloysius Monday for AMCC Matchup

ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend women's basketball team travels to Cresson, PA to take on Mt. Aloysius for an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) matchup on Monday beginning at 5 p.m.

* The Lions are 6-10 overall and 4-5 in the AMCC
* Behrend is coming off a thrilling 57-55 win against Westminster on Wednesday
* Alanna Dibble (Lakewood, NY/Southwestern) had an assist off her knees to help Ashley Seamon (West Allegheny, PA/West Allegheny) drain the eventual game-winning layup  with 13 seconds left
* Freshman guard Kara Haslett (Baden, PA/Ambridge) was the leading scorer for the Lions, netting 19 points, including two clutch three-pointers
* The Lions are looking to defeat Mt. Aloysius to break their sixth-place tie in the conference

* The Mountie's are 4-12 overall with a 4-5 record in the AMCC
* Mt. Aloysius is coming off a 67-57 conference win against Pitt-Greensburg on Wednesday
* Senior Breana Kendrick broke the 1,000-point barrier in the game with a career-high 27 points
* The Mounties are tied for sixth in the AMCC
* Freshman guard Machala Gibbons is ranked third in the conference with 5.8 assists per game

* Behrend and Mt. Aloysius are meeting for the 32nd time since the series began in the 2000-01 season
* The Lions hold a 22-9 lead in the all-time series
