CRESSON, Pa. – The Mt. Aloysius women's basketball team defeated Penn State Behrend 48-44 in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Monday evening.

* The Lions held the Mounties to only five points in the fourth quarter, keeping them scoreless for more than six minutes
* Behrend outscored Mt. Aloysius by nine points in the fourth, but were unable to cut the 13 point deficit they were behind
* The Mounties finished the game with seven three-pointers, including four in the first quarter
* Senior Nicole Boyer (Blairsville, PA/Blairsville) led the Lions with a season-high 13 points
* Freshman Alanna Dibble (Lakewood, NY/Southwestern) pulled in nine rebounds for Behrend
* Mount Aloysius was led by Breana Kendrick who had a double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds
