Donohue Named ECAC & AMCC Offensive Player of the Week

ERIE, Pa. - Senior midfielder Amanda Donohue (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley) has been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Offensive Women's Soccer Player of the Week. She is receiving this honor for the first time in her career. 

Donohue led the Lions to a 2-1 record this week, netting a goal in each of the three games. She netted the lone goal in a 1-0 victory over Case Western on Wednesday, before scoring the only goal against Owsego on Friday. Dononue then tallied the eventual game winner against Fredonia.

For the week, Donohue scored three goals, including two game-winners, while being named to the all-tournament team at the Blue Devil Classic.

Behrend returns to action on Wednesday against Mt. Union. Game time is 7 p.m.
