Norfolk, VA – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team has been named a Division III Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), on Tuesday.
The CSCAA has named 710 teams to its Scholar All-America list for the Spring 2018 semester. The teams represent 476 institutions from across all NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA Divisions. The CSCAA recognizes teams with the Scholar All-America Award for achieving a team grade-point average (GPA0 of 3.0 or higher.
The Lions sported a 3.23 GPA and was one of three Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) teams representing Division III. Pitt-Bradford and Cabrini were also recognized by the CSCAA.
