ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team will host Chatham in their final home meet of 2018. The Lions and Cougars will square off at 1 p.m. in the Junker Center Pool.

* The Lions dropped their second dual-meet 159-113 at Westminster on Saturday
* Marcella Puglia (Beaver Falls, PA/Blackhawk) was named the AMCC Athlete of the Week for posting three individual wins and a relay victory against Westminster. She was first in the 200 freestyle (2:04.24), 500 freestyle (5:37.97), 200 IM (2:23.69) and then swam on the winning 200 free relay.
* Last time Behrend faced Chatham, Abigail Witmer (Herndon, VA/Herndon) won the 200 backstroke and was runner up in three other events.

* The Cougars will take to the pool for the first time this season on Friday night against Franciscan before traveling to Behrend on Saturday
* Chatham was picked fourth in the President Athletic Conference (PAC) women's swimming and diving preseason coaches poll.
* Mallory Marzolf, Christine Mikita and Sam Ream were designated 2018-19 PAC swimmers and divers to watch
