ERIE, Pa. – The D'Youville women's tennis team defeated Penn State Behrend 7-2 in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Saturday afternoon.

* Kirin Bean (Erie, PA/Erie) and Hadley Howell (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek) went into extra games and then a tiebreaker at third doubles for a 9-8 (16-14).
* Emily Hood (Pittsburgh, PA/North Hills) earned her first collegiate singles win at No. 6, defeating Bryannia Sutton 6-3, 6-0.
* Howell took Amanda Walizewski to a tiebreaker set at No. 5 singles, but fell 6-3, 1-6, 10-7
