ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's indoor track & field program will travel to Rochester, New York on Friday to compete in the Nazareth Invitational. The meet begins at 4 p.m.

* The Lions are ranked ninth in the Mideast Region this week after competing in the Cornell Invitational on Sunday
* Behrend had three gold medals and six Top 8 finishes at the invite
* Senior Jenna Shelton (Cabot, PA/Knoch) claimed first place in the 800m, running 2:19.58
* The women's 4x400m team of Julia Fasiczka (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin), Shelton, Suraihyah Sule (Snellville, GA/Shiloh) and Gabriella Loeffler (Pittsburgh, PA/Baldwin) came in first place with a time of 4:12.59
* Savanna Carr (Franklin, PA/Franklin Area) won the women's mile run (5:19.39)
* As a team, the Lions have five individuals and one relay team qualifying for the All-Atlantic meet
