ERIE, Pa. - Penn State Behrend women's indoor track & field senior Madison Kappeler (Cecil, PA/Canon-McMillan) was selected the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Field Athlete of the Week.

Kappeler tied for second at the SPIRE Indoor Games with a season-best height of 10-11 ¾ in the pole vault.

The track & field teams are back in action this Saturday at Houghton. Meet time is slated for 10:30 a.m.
