ARLINGTON, Va. – The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team dropped a non-conference match to Virginia Wesleyan in four sets on Friday night at the Marymount Invitational.

Score: Virginia Wesleyan 3, Penn State Behrend 1 (18-25, 25-18, 25-14, 25-7)
Records: Penn State Behrend (8-9), Virginia Wesleyan (16-4)

Key Moments:

* The Lions came out strong and captured the first set and grabbed their largest lead at 22-14 and then again at 24-16
* Behrend got set point on a service error for a 1-0 lead in the match
* Virginia Wesleyan won three unanswered sets and used 18 block assists to help capture its 16th win of the season
* Dani Kosslow (Pittsburgh, PA/South Park) had her third double-double this season with 21 assists and 11 digs
* Kristin Reiland (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Madison Clapper (Hollidaysburg, PA/Hollidaysburg) also had double-digit digs with 11 and 18, respectively
* Keely Hering (North East, PA/North East) led the team with 10 kills
