ERIE, Pa. - Brittany Pinter (Erie, PA/McDowell) will begin her first season of coaching water polo at Penn State Behrend after completing a stellar four-year career for the Lions.
Pinter garnered All-American status and team MVP honors, while setting five new program records her senior year. She tallied three season records including steals (92), field blocks (12) and shooting percentage (.460). Pinter now holds the career record in career steals (296) and career assists (88). This season, she scored 25 goals to go with 27 assists and 26 drawn kickouts.
Pinter was also named CWPA All-Conference her sophomore and junior year.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Behrend in accounting in May 2017, and is pursuing her MBA.
