GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team competed in the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Regional 2 on Saturday at Grove City.

Game 1
* In the first game, the Lions took down Washington & Jefferson, 14-10
* With the win, the Lions record improves to 3-14
* Sophomore JoJo Gager (Holland, MI/West Ottawa) led the team with four goals, three assists and one steal
* Following Gager was Lauren Wood (Vernon Hills, IL/Vernon Hills) with three goals and one assist
* Alison McClure (Loveland, OH/Milford) chipped in two steals, one goal, and five assists
* In goal, Mackenzie Robie (Girard, PA/Girard) finished with 12 saves
Game 2
* Behrend played their second game on Saturday against Grove City, falling 14-12
* Wood led the team with six goals, totaling nine goals on the day
* Angela Laier (Lansing, MI/Holt) finished the game with three goals, following Wood
* Daniella Rios (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico / Sagrados Corazones) tallied three steals and two goals in the game while Clare Jeffreys (Erie, PA/Villa Maria) finished with three steals, two goals, and four assists
