ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's cross country team will gear up for the 2018 AMCC Cross Country Championships this weekend. This year's AMCC Championships will be hosted by Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio.
The 6k women's race on Saturday will begin around 11 a.m.

* The Behrend Lions will look to claim their fourth straight Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference cross country title this weekend.
* Penn State Behrend has won eight AMCC cross country championships.
* The Behrend Lions have had a strong season heading into Saturday's championships, recording eight of the top ten times in the conference this year.
* Three-time Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Runner of the Week Riley Crissman will lead Penn State Behrend this weekend. Crissman posted the top overall time in the league this year, a 20:05 finish at the Behrend Invitational in September.
* Jenna Shelton, Hanna Drozynski, and Kelley Giles, all posted top-five times this season as well.
