ERIE, Pa. – In celebration of NCAA Division III week, the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) announced the 2020-21 recipients of the Team Peak Performer awards.

Penn State Behrend led all AMCC members with four Team Peak Performers, followed by Penn State Altoona, Hilbert, Medaille, Mt. Aloysius and Pitt-Greensburg with two each. Pitt-Bradford and Geneva round out the honored teams with one apiece.

The Penn State Behrend baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball and women's swimming and diving teams had the highest cumulative team grade-point average (GPA) in their sport among conference teams for the 2020 fall semester.

In women's swimming and diving, the Lions tallied a cumulative GPA of 3.52, while baseball boasted a 3.325 GPA. The women's basketball team recorded a 3.45 GPA and men's basketball had the highest GPA in their sport with 3.296.  

The Pitt-Bradford women's volleyball team boasted the highest GPA across all 16 sports, with a 3.783.
