Jack Rosenstein enters his second season as the strength and conditioning/assistant track & field coach at Penn State Behrend. 

A native of Shohola, Pennsylvania, Rosenstein comes to Behrend after spending the past season as assistant track and field coach at Allegheny College. He held a similar position prior to Allegheny at Keystone College, specializing in throws.

In his position at Allegheny, Rosenstein developed a year-round weight training programs and coached nine All-NCAC track & field selections, including four NCAC Champions and All-Great Lakes Regional choices. He also was instrumental in leading the cross country teams to a pair of national rankings in the Top 20 and regional runner-ups. 

Before joining the Gators staff, Rosenstein assisted the track & field team and was the strength and conditioning coach at Keystone. He began his collegiate strength and conditioning career with an undergraduate internship at Bucknell the fall of 2014 and then had a graduate assistantship the fall of 2015 at East Stroudsburg. 

Rosenstein is a 2014 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor of science in exercise science. He was a member of the track & field team where he sent the school record in the weight and hammer throw. Rosenstein was a four-time All-PSAC and three0time USTFCCCA All-Region honoree, while provisionally qualifying for the NCAA Championships on four different occasions. He went on to earn a master of science in exercise science with a concentration in sport performance from East Stroudsburg University in 2015. Rosenstein is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
