MILWAUKEE, WI – Former Penn State Behrend men's basketball standout and NBA Atlanta Hawks assistant coach Pat St. Andrews (State College, PA/State College) has been named an assistant coach with the NBA Milwaukee Bucks for the 2018-19 season.

St. Andrews began his NBA career in 2013 with the Hawks as a seasonal assistant in basketball operations and moved to assistant video coordinator prior to the 2014-15 season. He was promoted to head video coordinator for the 2016-17 campaign and then to assistant coach in 2017. St. Andrews worked as an assistant coach for the Dominican Republic National Team for the 2015 FIBA Americas Championship in Mexico City.

Andrews, a two-year captain, graduated from Behrend in May of 2013 with a master's in business administration. He earned two bachelor degrees, one in business economics and the other in international business. Andrews was a four-time AMCC All-Academic choice and earned the Herb Lauffer Memorial Award his senior year.

Last season, the Milwaukee Bucks finished the regular season with a record of 44–38, which clinched the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference. The Bucks faced the second-seeded Boston Celtics in the first round of the NBA playoffs and lost in seven games.
