ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's basketball team defeated Hilbert 77-61 in the final regular-season home game for the Lions in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Wednesday night.

* Behrend outscored the Hawks 46-21 in the second half to erase a nine-point halftime deficit
* Julian Bennett (Penn Hills, PA/Penn Hills) came off the bench to score a career-high 10 points to keep the Lions in the first half
* Bennett tallied 10 of Behrend's 12 points over a four-minute stretch late in the first half
* Tyler Gates (Titusville, PA/Titusville) did work in the paint, going 8-for-10 from the field for 19 of his career-high 23 points in the second half
