ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's basketball team looks to extend its winning streak on Wednesday as the Lions host Alfred St. for an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) bout. Game start is set for 7:30 p.m.

* The current nine-game winning streak is the most games the Lions have won consecutively since the 2015-16 season where Behrend rattled off 15 in a row, spanning three months
* PJ Gourley (Butler, PA/Knoch) was named AMCC Player of the Week on Monday
* Gourley helped the Lions to wins over La Roche and Penn State Altoona and averaged 24.0 points per game
* The senior forward also had a career-high 26 points in the victory over the Altoona Lions
* Kenny Fukon (Cranberry, Twp., PA/Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic) hit the 1,000-point milestone on Saturday, becoming the 23rd Lion to do so
