Jake Ciecierski begins his first season with the Penn State Behrend Lions as a team manager. Ciecierski is a 2017 graduate of Fort Leboeuf Area High School where he competed in basketball and track and field. Ciecierski was an honor athlete in both sports during his high school career.

 

Ciecierski is studying history at Penn State Behrend with plans to further his education and obtain a masters degree in education to become a high school teacher. In addition, Jake plans to become a future basketball coach at the high school or college level. In his free time, Ciecierski volunteers with the CORE program as a mentor to middle school aged students.

 

His mother Dr. Lisa Ciecierski is a professor in the education department at Penn State Behrend.
