Alex Shindledecker, a former Penn State Behrend men's golfer, begins his third season as an volunteer assistant coach with the Lions this fall. 

Shindledecker was a four-year member of the Behrend men's golf team. His sophomore season, he finished runner-up at the AMCC Championships with a score of 153. He was a First-Team All-AMCC choice this season. 

Shindledecker also helped the Lions capture four straight conference titles and advance to the NCAA Tournament each year.
