ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's soccer team will look to continue its hot start to 2018 on Wednesday September 12 when the Behrend Lions travel to Geneva College.

Penn State Behrend News & Notes

* Penn State Behrend has won consecutive games heading into Wednesday's contest with Geneva.  PSB topped No. 24 John Carroll 2-0 and Hiram College 1-0 last week.
* The Behrend Lions have been tough to score on all season allowing just one goal in 2018.  Senior goalie Chris Ralph has 16 saves and a goals against average of 0.24.  Ralph was the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Defensive Player of the Week a week ago.
* Senior defender Ryan Maurer converted a penalty kick in the 65th minute against Hiram and was named the AMCC Defensive Player of the Week on Monday September 10.
* Sophomore Christian Eckberg leads Penn State Behrend with two goals and four points this year.

Geneva News & Notes

* Geneva fell in a pair of one-goal games last week.  The Golden Tornadoes dropped a 3-2 decision to Franciscan and fell to Case Western Reserve 4-3.
* Kevin Pasho leads GC with three goals.
* Luke Nolan has tallied 16 saves in goal for Geneva.
