ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend senior men's swimmer Quinn Fischer (Fairview, PA/Cathedral Prep) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Swimmer of the Week for the third time this season.

Fischer won two individual events and swam on the winning 200 medley relay to help the Lions defeat Washington & Jefferson, 128-79 on Saturday. He first won the 200 freestyle in 1:47.89 and then touched first in the 100 freestyle (49.11) to keep Behrend undefeated in dual-meet action.

The Lions return to action on Saturday at Pitt-Bradford. Meet time is 1 p.m.
