BEREA, Ohio - The Baldwin-Wallace College men's tennis team
defeated Penn
State Behrend 9-0 on Saturday at the Paramount Tennis Club in
Medina. This was the first winter-spring match for both
teams.
The Yellow Jackets gained a 3-0 advantage in doubles. The
number one duo of
Alex Trzeciak and Brad Minrovic won 8-4, the No.2 tandem of
Joe Horvath and Matt Lachman won 8-3 and the No.3 duo of Alex
Kearney and Taylor Long won by an 8-0 shutout.
Baldwin-Wallace also swept the singles competition.
The Lions return to action Friday against Grove City. Match begins at 4 p.m.
