ERIE, Pa. - The Washington & Jefferson Presidents won the final game of Division III Eastern Championships held at the Cathedral Prep Events Center on Sunday, defeating Penn State Behrend 14-6.

* The Presidents recorded their fourth win over the Lions this season
* W&J jumped out to a 5-1 lead in the first period
* Dario Gonzalez (Hanford, CA/Hanford West) netted the lone goal for Behrend in the first eight minutes of play
Jack Holl (Greenwich, CT/Greenwich) registered his 11th goal of the weekend in the second quarter while Ryan Kenney (Skippack, PA/Perkiomen Valley) added another goal to make it 7-3 at halftime
* The Presidents made it 12-4 after the third quarter 
Eugene Kruger (Pleasanton, CA/Foothill) tallied the fourth goal for the Lions
* Behrend managed to get two more goals before the end of the game
