PITTSFORD, NY – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team finished the 54-hole St. John Fisher Invitational on Monday. The Lions completed the third and final 18-round with a team score of 327 to place fifth overall.

Results: Behrend takes fifth out of eight teams (975) 

Key Moments:

* Behrend tallied a three-day total of 975 (319-329-327)
* Rochester fired an 875 to win the invitational with a +23 to par
* Jared Franc (Erie, PA/Fairview) stayed out in front for the Lions after the third round
* Franc posted an 84 for a overall score of 237 (70-83-84) to tie for 20th place
* Jake Caldwell (Belle Vernon, PA/Belle Vernon) had an 81 on the second day to place 24th overall with a score of 243 (80-82-81)
* Owen Blum (Warren, PA/Warren Area) was one stroke from Caldwell, carding a 244 (86-80-78) for the invitational
* Blum fired a team-low 78 on the final day to take 25th overall
* Tyler Parkhurst (Union City, PA/Union City) was consistent throughout the two-day tournament, hitting an 84 on each round for a score of 252
* Parkhurst finished tied for 29th
* Daniel McMaster (Murrysville, PA/Greenburg Central) came in 34th in the field (85-84-93) with a 262 total
