#2 Behrend, #3 Mount Aloysius Meet In AMCC Men’s Soccer Semifinals

ERIE, Pa. – No. 2 Penn State Behrend hosts No. 3 Mount Aloysius in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Men's Soccer Semifinals on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Game time is slated for noon at the soccer complex.

No. 2 Behrend News & Notes:

* Behrend ended the regular season with four straight shutout victories, three of which were in AMCC play
* The Lions were named Co-Regular Season Champions, outscoring conference opponents 23-2 during the regular season
* Blake Cooper (Murrysville, PA/Franklin Regional) finished regular season play with the team lead and tied for fourth in the AMCC with nine goals, while ranking fifth in the conference with 20 points
* Cooper is followed by Owen Petersen's (Erie, PA/McDowell) five goals and 11 points. Seniors Chris Profaca (Basking Ridge, NJ/Ridge) and John Ziobro (Westtown, NY/Minisink Valley) each have scored four goals for eight points

* Mount Aloysius completed the regular season with an overall record of 10-4-2 and a 6-1-1 conference record to earn the third seed
* Midfielder Juan Camacho became the program's all-time leader in career goals and career points with 43 and 107 in the Mounties regular season finale
* Mount Aloysius defeated No. 6 Pitt-Bradford, 4-0, in the first round this past Saturday
* Senior Louis Bez recorded a hat-trick against the Panthers
* Bez is first In the AMCC in points (35) and assists (11) and finished behind teammate Juan Camacho (14 goals) with 12 scores
* Sophomore Sam Denchfield has made 37 saves in 14 starts, ranking tied for first in the conference in shutouts (six) and second in wins (nine)
* As a team, Mount Aloysius is second in the AMCC in goals (60), assists (41), and points (161)
