ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's track & field team scored 108 team points on the first day of the United East Outdoor Championships on Saturday.

Key Moments:

* Four Lions finished in the top-eight of the discus throw to begin Saturday
* Dan Dabrowski (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek) was victorious, while Alex Cotton (Saxoburg, PA/Knoch), Matthew Laslavic (Evans City, PA/Seneca Valley), and Ryan Visosky (Erie, PA/McDowell) placed second, fourth, and eighth, respectively
* Behrend scored the top-five spots in the 3000m steeplechase with top times from Aidan Domencic (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley), Aidan Reinsel (North East, PA/North East), Bennett Kerr (Murrysville, PA/Franklin Regional), Peyton Brewer (Erie, PA/Harbor Creek), and Aiden Seeman (Edinboro, PA/General McLane)
* Junior Max Rohl delivered a win in the hammer throw with a distance of 157-11, while Hayden Travers (125-8) was seventh in this event
* Emil George (East Brunswick, NJ/East Brunswick) crossed the finish line with a time of 35:06.45 in the 10000m run, followed by Joey George (Leechburg, PA/Kiski) in third, Christopher Annear (Fredonia, NY/Fredonia) in fourth, and Nick Post (Union City, PA/Seneca) in sixth
* Alex LaBarge (Victor, NY/Victor) and Calder Annear (Fredonia, NY/Fredonia) placed third and sixth in the pole vault with heights of 11-3 3/4 and 9-4 1/4
* In the long jump, the Lions picked up sixth, seventh, and eighth-place finishes from Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley), LaBarge, and Jake Egizio (Canonsburg, PA/Canon-McMillan)
