ERIE, Pa. - Penn State Behrend women's basketball senior guard Caitlin Carnuche (New Castle, PA/Mohawk) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Player of the Week.

In the only game of the week against No. 7 Trine, Carnuche scored a season-high 27 points and drained a career-best seven triples. She also added three rebounds, two assists and two steals. Carnuche is averaging 13.6 points and 1.9 steals per game this season. 

The Lions are postponed for Wednesday against Pitt-Greensburg and will return to action on Saturday at Pitt-Bradford. Game time is 2 p.m.
