Women's Hoops Celebrates Senior Day in Regular-Season Finale Saturday

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's basketball team is set to host Penn State Altoona in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) regular-season finale on Saturday at the Junker Center. Game time is 2 p.m.

* The Lions and La Roche are tied for first place in the AMCC with a 13-2 mark
* If both teams win the final conference contest, the No. 1 seed will be determined by the tiebreaker criteria

* Junior guard Sarah Huston was named the AMCC Player of the Week
* Huston averaged 25.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 3.5 steals per game in the pair of wins
* Huston recorded the double-double with a career-high 26 points and 13 rebounds vs. the Bobcats
* Alexis Cannistraci continues to lead the AMCC in scoring with 17.0 points per game
