ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team will host the Fredonia State Blue Devils on Tuesday for a non-conference match, beginning at 7 p.m. Fans are encourage to wear Navy to the match in support of the Lions.

* The Lions went 3-0 in non-conference action last week
* Behrend defeated Grove City and Kean, 3-1, and then tallied a 3-0 win over Brooklyn 
* Graduate student Maddie Clapper (Hollidaysburg, PA/Hollidaysburg) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Defensive Athlete of the Week
* Clapper averaged 5.73 digs in three matches, while posting a season-high 30 digs against Grove City. For the week, she totaled 63 digs, nine service aces and eight assists
* Outsider hitter Keely Hering (North East, PA/North East) led the offense last week with 3.09 digs and 2.36 kills per set. She had double-digit digs in two matches and led with 15 kills in a 3-1 win over Kean
* Senior defensive specialist Ellec Scouten (McKean, PA/General McLane) tallied a career-high 16 digs in the win over Kean
* The Lions are ranked 15^th in the NCAA DIII statistics with 84 aces and are ranked 33^rd in aces per set (3.00)

* The Blue Devils are 5-6 overall this season
* Fredonia is coming off 1-2 weekend at the Nazareth Golden Flyer Invitational
* The Blue Devils fell 3-0 to RIT and Nazareth, while defeating Morrisville, 3-2
* Sierra Keim leads the team with 156 digs and 21 service aces, while Emily Jones is first with 129 kills
