Lundy Named AMCC Bowler of the Year

ERIE, Pa.- Penn State Behrend senior bowler Brianna Lundy (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Bowler of the Year, announced on Monday. Lundy was named First-Team All-Conference this season, her second AMCC honor, after earning Second-Team honors in 2018-19. This is the first major award for a Behrend bowler.

Lundy leads the AMCC with a 94.11% PCPI, leading by more than five percent. She is ranked first in strike percentage in baker format matches (39.7%). In baker format, Lundy has a 64.3% first ball "9+" percentage to lead the AMCC as well as ranking first in ball average pinfall (8.777).

Lundy in ranked second in overall individual scoring average, scoring 18.062 per frame and in baker average with a 18.43 in 300 frames played. She is second in overall frame fill percentage (79.0%) along with baker format (81.0%). Lundy tallies a second-place ranking in the 10th frame fill percentage for anchor bowlers with 80.0%. She is ranked second in spare conversion percentage overall (67.1%) and baker format (68.5%). She also is second in "makeable" spare conversion percentage overall (74.8%) and in baker play (77.9%).

Lundy has six third-place AMCC rankings. This includes overall single pin spare percentage (83.4%) and baker format single pin spare percentage (83.8%) as well as overall strike percentage (36.3%). Lundy also ranks third in baker double percentage (all bowlers) with 42.4% and split conversion percentage overall (20.0%) and in traditional format (23.7%).

Lundy is ranked in the top-15 in 34 different categories.
