Lions Fall To Baldwin Wallace

NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace men's tennis team defeated Penn State Behrend 9-0 in the Lions fourth match of the spring season on Saturday afternoon.

The Yellow Jackets, now a perfect 6-0 overall, led 3-0 after doubles play as the number one tandem of Zach Elbin and Kevin Fredrick won, 8-2. No. 2 duo of Brian Carano and Letch Radomirov tallied an 8-0 decision. No.3 tandem of Brandon Caynor and Dan Rowsey won 8-1.
 
In singles action, Radomirov won by scores of 6-0 and 6-3. Carano won at No. 2 with scores of 6-1 and 6-0. Fredrick won at No.3 by the scores of 6-1 and 6-0. Rowsey won at No.4 by the scores of 6-0 and 6-0. Caynor won at No.5 with scores of 6-1 and 6-2. Elbin won at No.6 by the scores of 6-1 and 6-1.

The Lions (2-6) return to action onTuesday, March 11 against Wittenberg in Hilton Head, S.C.  The match begins at 8 a.m.
