Lindsay Baughman
Title: Assistant Coach

Lindsay Baughman enters her fifth season as an assistant coach for the Behrend softball team. She returned to her alma mater after spending three years as the head junior varsity coach and assistant softball coach at Fort LeBoeuf High School. Baughman helped the Bisons to three District 10 Titles and second place at the State Championships last year.

Baughman was a four-year starter for the Lions softball team from 2005-2009. She led Behrend to three AMCC Championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances, as well as an ECAC Tournament bid in 2007. Baughman was named Most Improved Player as a freshman catcher and set the school record for most putouts.

Baughman, a native of Warren, Pa., graduated from Behrend with a degree in biology in May 2010. In addition to coaching, she is a Park Ranger at Presque Isle State Park.
