ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's volleyball team advances to the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championship match with a 3-0 win over St. Vincent in the semifinals on Friday night in the Junker Center.

Key Moments:

* The No. 1 Behrend Lions defeated the No. 2 Bearcats in straight sets to advance to the AMCC Title match for the third straight season
* Behrend only trailed three times in the entire match, twice in the first set and once in the second
* The Lions registered a match-high 15 kills in the first set with four players getting three kills apiece
* Owen Wienczkowski (Waterford, PA/Fort LeBoeuf) had three kills including the set point at 25-19
* Wienczkowski and Dylan Buzalka (Carlisle, PA/Cumberland Valley) each finished with a team-best 11 kills
* Buzalka helped Behrend hold off a surging St. Vincent team in the second set, recording a kill for the set point at 25-23
* The Lion had control of the third set, jumping out to a nine-point lead at 21-12
* Buzalka hit .545 with six kills on 11 attempts in the final set
* Adrian Martinez (San Juan, PR/Wesleyan Academy) tallied double-digit digs for the 18th time this season, leading with 19
* Alex Jackson (Cochranton, PA/Cochranton) posted 31 assists on 40 kills and Cameron Schleicher (Meadville, PA/Meadville) added six kills and four block assists
