Erie, PA – The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference tabbed Denis Lydon as 10/04-10/11 Runner of the Week for the second time this season.

Lydon clocked the fastest time at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational Saturday, to lead all AMCC runners in the event. The closest conference finish behind Lydon’s 27:25 run was Franciscan’s Kevin LeRoy who ran a 27:42.

Lydon and the Lions will look to continue thier strong performance heading into the Inter-Regional Rumble in Oberlin, Ohio Saturday October 16 at 10:30 a.m.
