Penn State Altoona Narrowly Defeats Behrend Women's Swimming and Diving

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team fell 10 points short against Penn State Altoona in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Saturday. Altoona posted a 112-102 win in the Junker Center.

* Emma Webster (Bradford, PA/Bradford) and Julia Sank (North East, PA/North East) were victorious on the day for the Lions
* Webster won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:04.93
* Sank, a swimmer and a diver, collected a score of 144.80 on the one-meter board for first
* Jadyn Danyklo (Erie, PA/McDowell), Heidi Schwartz (Webster, NY/Webster), Alexa Brown (Cooperstown, PA/Rocky Grove) and Trulee Stainbrook (DuBois, PA/DuBois) were a half a second away from winning the 200 medley relay
* As a team, Behrend had 10 second-place finishes
