Hobaugh led an impressive Behrend Lions squad to three conference victories this past week by defeating D'Youville at home and then going on the road to defeat Frostburg State and Penn State Altoona.
On Wednesday, October 7, the Penn State Behrend Lions defeated the D'Youville Spartans in an AMCC women's tennis match by a score of 9-0. Behrend improves to 11-4 overall and 7-1 in league play.
On Tuesday, September 29, the Penn State Behrend Lions defeated the Pitt-Bradford Panthers in an AMCC women's tennis match by a score of 7-2. Behrend improves to 10-3 overall and 6-1 in league play.
On Wednesday, September 23, the Penn State Behrend Lions defeated the La Roche Redhawks in an AMCC women's tennis match by a score of 9-0. Behrend improves to 9-3 overall and 5-1 in league play.
On Saturday, September 19, the Penn State Behrend Lions defeated Penn State Altoona in an AMCC women's tennis match by an 8-1 score.
Behrend improves to 8-3 overall and 4-1 in league play, while Altoona is now 3-2 in the AMCC.
The Penn State Behrend womens tennis program expects to continue its trend of dominance against the AMCC. Behrend returns to the court with a stacked deck as its entire lineup is back and ready to go entering the 2009 season.
