Nola Earns CSAC Track Athlete of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – The Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) announced its athletes of the week on Monday, naming Olivia Nola (Erie, PA/Collegiate Academy) the Women's Track Athlete of the Week.

Nola placed second place in the 3000m this past weekend at Carnegie Mellon, the first outside event of the season. She crossed the finish line in 11:09.98, 18 seconds ahead of the third-place finisher. Nola participated in one other event, being the 1500m where she placed 16th out of 60 competitors with a time of 4:58.01.

Nola and the rest of the men's and women's track team are back in action this weekend, heading to Slippery Rock for the SRU Invite on Saturday, April 2 at 10 a.m.
