2004-05 Men's Basketball

 The 2004-05 Penn State Behrend men’s basketball team captured the program’s second Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference championship under head coach Dave Niland. The Lions made their first back-to-back trips to the NCAA Tournament and finished with a 19-8 record. 
 
Behrend earned the No. 2 seed for the AMCC Tournament, earning a first-round bye for the playoffs. The Lions edged No. 3 Lake Erie 56-55 in the semifinals and then upset No. 1 seed Pitt-Greensburg 52-49 on the Bobcats home court to win the AMCC Championship. Behrend drew Lebanon Valley for the first round of the NCAA Tournament and dropped a 71-53 decision. 
 
Senior Jared Clough was named to the All-AMCC First Team for leading the team with 12.3 ppg, while Tom Lulich garnered third-team honors.
